This Chardonnay Pt Nat undergoes direct pressing and is bottled by gravity under a waxing moon. Aged on the lees for 5 months and disgorged by hand. The nose is marked by citrus and white fruits, with a highly aromatic profile. The terroir also expresses itself through a chalky character. The palate is very lively, aromatic (acacia flower, hawthorn, but also marked by citrus fruits), and long, with a magnificent finesse of bubbles for a Pt Nat.
