In the mid-1800s J.P. Wiser set out to create a whisky that pleased the nose, tongue and eye. The result was this bright golden whisky that offers aromas of sweet caramel, dried fruit, and vanilla, a palate rich with flavours of toasted grain, sweet cornmeal and vanilla, followed by a smooth/creamy finish.
