THE NOTES: The ultimate summer Ros, this wine is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, and Gamay. It is a light pink in colour, has a bright acidity making it both easy drinking and a great wine for pairing with food. The 2023 blend is full of flavour, including strawberry, cantaloupe and nectarine. The finish has notes of cranberry and lime zest.

THE PAIRINGS: This is an incredibly food-friendly Ros. Try it with a roasted beet salad with goat cheese! In the mood for something a little more substantial? It will also pair beautifully with salmon, turkey or a Quiche Lorraine.
