This rare icewine is made from Viognier grapes harvested at the peak of cold temperatures of -15 C. The wine is rich in tropical fruit perfume and flavours of ripe apricots, guava, pineapple, and notes of Clementine orange zest. This perfectly balanced icewine has lively freshness which makes it a fantastic wine to drink in the summer paired with light lemony desserts, soft goat cheese, or icewine seared scallops.
