This is a classic looking Sekt that comes with a surprising liveliness and elegance. Beautifully soft perlage, subtle and nice acidity and a lot of power in the mouth. Not exactly fruity, but more on the salty, nut-like and yeasty side. Notes of brioche, butter cookies, but also white pepper and rhubarb.
