TASTING NOTESDeep red in colour. A fine expression of Cabernet Sauvignon. Voluptuous red wine with powerful hints of cinnamon, touches of currants and oak. Very approachable now but will cellar well for 3-5 years.

FOOD PAIRINGGrilled bison burgers, hearty beef stew, tomato basil pasta or strong cheeses such as blue cheese.
