Villa di Mare Sangiovese is grown in the Rubicone Area of the Emilia Romagna Region in Central Italy. Made from the famous Sangiovese grape, this wine is deep red with violaceus reflections. The nose is light but with an unmistakable bouquet of violets. The mouthfeel is dry with a slightly fruity bouquet with a pleasantly soft bitterish after taste. This wine is excellent with tagliatelle, pasta and red grilled meats.
