VINEYARD NOTES: The grapes for this wine are sustainably grown on our Fleet Road & Thomas Vineyards Tightrope Estate and are hand-picked and fermented separately in small lots.
WINEMAKER NOTES: The grapes were cold soaked, followed by a small batch ferment. The wine was then pressed and racked to French Oak barrels for about 12 months in barrel before being bottled.
