Varnier-Fanniere’s Brut Zero Grand Cruis a beautiful Champagne from Grand Cru, Domaine vineyards in Avize. The nose brings out aromas of lemon mixed with notes of ripefruit, green apple and flowers. In the mouth, it has a lively attack, the persistent extra brut finesse of Chardonnay being fully expressed. This wine has zero dosage (hence the name), so the freshness is shown first and foremost, with a lovely finish.
