Vadio’sSparklingRos is 100% Baga. This is super, the big burst of acidity lending it a touch of tartness that makes it refreshing and lively. It has just enough concentration, although that is not its strongest suit. It also adds some complexity as the Baga opens up.

The NV Espumante Brut Ros is a Baga with roughly six grams of sugarstill quite drysix grams of total acidity and 12% alcohol. It was disgorged in April 2018 after 18 months on the lees (the disgorgement date is happily noted on the label). The base wine here is from 2015, although there are other vintages. It also adds some complexity as the Baga airs out. It is a nice value. There were just 2,000 bottles produced.
