Unmalted Wheat – 50 lb bag
A full 50 lb bag of Rahr’s raw wheat grain. This wheat grain produces a very light straw color and imparts a strong grain flavor in your brew. Traditionally used in Belgian styles, its adds great flavors notes, improves head formation, and adds a cloudiness. Be advised, this is a raw grain with non-gelatinized starches with a high protein content. A cereal mash and/or protein rest may be required depending on use.
