Winemakers Comments:The Tawse Chardonnay is a blend from carefully sourced hand-harvested fruit from select vineyards of the Niagara Peninsula. Quality grapes, combined with traditional winemaking, make this an exceptional wine that offers outstanding value. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, the nose greets you with notes of ripe pear and green apple, along with hints of vanilla and a touch of oak. The palate is well balanced with lively acidity and a creamy mouthfeel.
