Winemaker’s Notes: This red was made from an assemblage of Merlot (39%), Cabernet Sauvignon (33%) and Cabernet Franc (28%), which were aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. This wine displays enthusing notes of cassis, berries, violet and baking spice. It is medium-bodied and smooth on the palate, exhibiting juicy flavours of cassis, berries and spices. The finish is sumptuous, and it possesses well-integrated tannins.
