Soft pressure, 48 hours decantation at 5C and slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 20C to keep the aromas. Powder pink colour, gentle aroma and rich in hints of fresh brushwood fruits, like strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Tonic on the palate with great balance and softness.

The 2018 Talenti Rosso di Montalcino is a pleasure to taste. It presents a vibrant expression of crushed black cherries and dark florals, offset by savory herbs giving way to classic leather and earth tones. The finish is long with just a bit of grip, strutting its ripe red berry fruit and spice, yet not in a powerful way, but instead refined and especially energetic.
