Food Pairing: Charcuterie, bbq salmon, grilled sausages, feta and watermelon salad, sunshine and happiness. Pretty much anything goes with Ros!
Winemaking Notes: Grapes were crushed together into the press where they soaked on skins for 12 hours before pressing. Fermented and aged in barrel for 7 months before bottling.
Production Info: 2023 growing season was generally cooler until a late summer heat spike accelerated ripening. Syrah and a small portion of Viognier were harvested on the same day.
