Swinging Bridge has developed the region of Orange like Blink 182 advanced punk rock in the 90s.

Lets put it this way, the families of the Wards and the Paytens farmed the district since the late 1860s.

Tom Ward worked as viticulturist for the family estate before taking up the reins in 2008, since that time he has helped educate and grow the region’s reputation for high quality cool climate wines.

Today Swinging Bridge is a benchmark producer making some of the finest Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the country.

Hill Park their home vineyard and an elevation of 890m and showcases suburb clones, plots and vines tenderly cared for by Tom who with his farming background is by far the best person for the job.

These are elegant wines that speak of regionality and detail.
