Sven Joschke is an accountant by trade. That said, he was raised in the Adelaide Hills and has always been surrounded by passionate winemakers and quality wine. After living overseas and trying his hand at winemaking in the Jura region of France, Sven decided to put the books away and follow his true calling making wine. As a result, Sven doesnt feel compelled to follow the South Australian canon and takes a very playful approach to his wines. His wines are textured, layered, crunchy, and Ill say it, just darn delicious.
