Bubbly Strawberry Bellini:

Ingredients:

• Strawberry Bellini
• Sparkling water or Prosecco
• Fresh Strawberries

Directions:

1. Pre-chill Strawberry Bellini and sparkling water.
2. Place a couple of strawberries in a serving glass and use a fork or spoon to muddle gently.
3. Pour three parts Strawberry Bellini and one park sparkling water.
