Spritz anyone? Perfect for picnics or pre-dinner aperitif. Our Spritz pack includes the Broc 2023 Sparkling Chenin Blanc and a bottle of June Taylor’s Ume Plum and Lemon Geranium syrup. Toss ice into a glass with 1/2 oz syrup. Top with bubbles and stir until integrated. Enjoy on the nearest patio or picnic blanket.

2023 Sparkling Chenin Blanc

Tasting Notes: Tropical and lemon oil on the nose, grapefruit, kumquat and lemon-peel on the palate.

This years sparkling is a scaled-up Pt-Nat. The Chenin Blanc grapes arrived from Shell Creek Vineyard on an August morning. After a few hours on the skins, the grapes were directly pressed into stainless steel tank. We added Chenin Blanc must and transferred the wine into pressurized tanks while still slightly sweet to finish fermentation. Hand-bottled. No disgorging or dosage and light sulphur at bottling.
