Specialis Tempranillo Graciano Grenache

Blueberry, red currant and dark cherry aromas. The fresh palate is medium weight with juicy red and darker fruits, hints of dried herbs and firm savoury tannins.

Single Vineyards – Blewitt Springs, sand over clay. Hand pruned, hand-picked, separate small batch ferment.15 days on skins, pressed directly to French and American barrels and hogsheads. 12 months barrel maturation, blended, further 12 months barrel maturation prior to bottling.

“There are plenty of soft, cuddly, ripe jubey fruit aromas with some earthy notes to add interest. The palate is more savoury with meaty and spicy elements, and firm tannins, red fruits just holding on. Best enjoyed with little bites of meaty tapas.”
