These components come together to make a lively, fresh and fruity bubbly.Made in the Charmat Method, this wine was aged on lees in tank for over a month, a secondary fermentation then occurred in the tank, developing fruity aromatics while maintaining bright acidity.Plenty of green apple, lemon, sweet tarts, and hints of white peach on the nose and palate. Lively acidity and an xtremely clean finish make this a seriously delicious bottle of wine.
