Winemakers Comments
Hand-harvested from select sustainably farmed Niagara Peninsula vineyards. This Traditional Method Sparkling wine is made from a base of 72% Pinot Noir, 23% Pinot Gris, and 5% Chardonnay. This off-dry wine displays hints of brioche, Meyer lemon, and green apple. The palate is clean with crisp acidity that is balanced by flavours of shortbread, lemon curd, and vanilla bean, with a fine and elegant mousse.
