Sorachi Ace is an uncommon breed that was developed in the 1980s for Sapporo Breweries. A cross between Brewer’s Gold, Saaz and Beikei No. 2 male, Sorachi Ace is a great dual purpose hop known for its unique dill and lemon flavor notes
