Our Solera’s Cask Apera is one of the most unique products Prince Edward County has to offer and is exclusive to our winery. The Gonzales Byass Sherry Casks we age this Apera in are over 100 years old and capture the flavour of hazelnut, tobacco, citrus and caramel.
