Introducing 2022 Smillon.

Dipping our toes back into a long last favourite. We lost our Smillon vines in a polar vortex of 2014 and have found a well protected block on the shores of Lake Ontario. This grower has been tending to this vines for over 20 years. We are honoured to work with this varietal once more.

Fresh and lively, this white has mouth-filling acidity that races through the palate. Notes of citrus and stone fruit. Drink well chilled with summer salads, fresh shellfish and seafood. Drink now or age for 10+ years for a waxy honey poetic dream.

• Fermented and matured for 10 months in stainless steel
• Bottled without fining or filtration on it’s natural lees.
