Singularis Grenache

A Ulithorne late release program was established to showcase our best wines. We wanted to make sure when the wines are released, it would be at the start of their drinking window to be enjoyed but that can also reward cellaring.

Sourced from Ulithorne’s1965 planted dry-grown vineyard in Blewitt Springs, handpicked, cooled overnight, open-fermented, basket-pressed to 20% new and 80% used French oak for 12-15 months.
