Elizabeth Castro, daughter of legendary Galician winemaker Carlos Castro Serantes, has lived and breathed winemaking at her father’s Rias Baixas vineyard for as long as she can remember. She continues his tradition with wines that are produced according to biodynamic principles, high up in the hills, using minimal human intervention, and of which this is Albario is a wonderful example. Aromatic with white flowers, fresh almond and light citrus, developing on the palate with plenty of apple, lime and peach. Fresh and fruity, easy to drink, clean, and with plenty of zest on the finish.
