The grapes hail from the stony ridge that crosses some of our Sauvignon Blanc rows.Those few vines yield little but have the goodness of the amazing terroir. Separately hand-picked at a tiny yield and superconcentration for a true Grand Cru quality.

Hans’ Comments

The small parcel of juicy and healthy grapes were barrel fermented with wild yeasts in100% new French oak barrels before undergoing a secondary, malolacticfermentation and matured for 12 months in the same barrel beforebottling.

Tasting Notes

An exuberant, velvety Sauvignon Blanc with aromas of white fruits,mango, vanilla and warm spices on the rich, full bodied palate. Abackbone of zesty acidity balances the wine and adds finesse.Powerful yet delicate with a lingering finish.
