Sam Adams Clone All Grain Recipe
This is my go to beer and brewing it is even more rewarding. The Mittelfruh hops dominate the flavor profile while light malt character make this an all day drinker. The recipe is very close with a clean ale yeast but if you really want to nail it, go with a lager yeast. Make sure you read up on how to lager!!
Yield : 5 Gallons Original Gravity : 1.058 Final Gravity : 1.014 Color / SRM : 9.79 Alcohol by Volume : 5.57% IBU (anticipated, alpha acids can fluctuate) : 26.38
Specialty Grains : Crystal 60L, Mild Ale, German Pilsner Hops : Tettnanger, Hallertau Mittelfruh
