Made from a selection of Hallgarten vineyards from younger vines. I loved this. It’s such fun and so approachable. Zesty and delicious. Truly exceptional for a daily drinker.You can drink it over many days as it doesn’t lose its quality for over two weeks. Only 12% alc.

Fred Prinz, formerly head winemaker at Kloster Erberbach, is now producing wines under his own label from top vineyards, some shared with renowned winemaker Peter Jacob-Kuhn. Though not widely known outside Germany, his wines offer outstanding quality at excellent value. His family-run estate is organic and biodynamic, and four dry wines are available at special pre-arrival prices ranging from 16.50 to 55. Even the entry-level white (17.50) is highly impressive.
