Who would have thought? Ennio has turned Aglianico into a fantastic ros! Fresh and surprisingly easy drinking. Crushed grapes and direct pressing, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, followed by 4 months in chestnut barrels and 5 months in stainless steel. The color is simply inviting, and the taste is everything you could want in a ros. It’s a must-try!
