The wine is crafted using whole cluster fermentation with a short maceration period. It is then blended before bottling, unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulphur, showcasing the pure expression of the fruit. A palate of bright raspberry and cherry, complemented by notes of black flowers and spice. Its profile is rounded out by a juicy finish with hints of blueberry, black pepper, lavender, and leather.
