  The 2023 Riesling Ayler Kupp Kabinett No. 8 comes from a pre-harvest of the Grosse Lagen. The nose is relatively shy, but the palate offers cool, stony slate clarity framed with zesty lemon and the tender sweetness of red-cheeked vine peach. This wine trembles with saltiness, lovely zest and total tanginess. It has 10 g/L acidity standing against 44 g/L of residual sugar.
