Piquancy of apple seeds is prominent on the nose, but is invigoratingly integrated into a juicy matrix of apple, lime and grapefruit, leading to a bracingly refreshing finish.

  The 2019 Ayler Riesling Fass 2 is very clear and delicate on the pure, floral and flinty nose with its bright, graceful and precise fruit aromas. Intense and juicy on the palate, this is a very aromatic, elegant and refined Riesling with a somewhat untamed but concentrated and sustainable character. The wine is still very young but will age very well over a decade.
