A partially refined cane sugar, Panel is a medium dark brown and contributes excellent flavors of caramel, vanilla, and rum. Vanilla notes will dissipate with long term aging.
Instructions for Use:-Recommended to use 1/2 – 1 lb. per 5 gallons-Some recipes can call up to 2 lbs.
