The grapes, hand-picked, are lightly pressed and then fermented spontaneously (and separately) in terracotta without added sulfites or other additives. 7 months of skin contact in amphora give the grapes character and depth. Blending takes place only before bottling. The minerality of the Trebbiano is even more pronounced and the aromaticity of the Malvasia completes the profile. Tropical nose of mango and pineapple, orange, hazelnut and honey. An orange wine with an exaggerated drinkability.
