The indigenous grapes for this amazing red wine come from a semi-abandoned vineyard on the southern slope of Mount Etna, at 830m altitude. It is fermented spontaneously and aged in fiberglass. Its explosive and complex nose is dominated by red fruit, flowers and spices like cinnamon. The soft tannins and the pleasantly balanced acidity make this bottle extremely drinkable. Faithful expression of the varietals and the terroir. Brilliant!
