Feuillatte Brut Ros opens silver-tinged salmon-pink, with a steady ribbon of fine bubbles. Blended from 90% red grapes with a dollop of Chardonnay, this wine explodes in the glass with vivid red fruit aromas and flavors of raspberry, strawberry and red currants. Delicate on the palate, quite dry and light for a wine with this much flavor. Delicious paired with both mustard-roasted pork loin and a strawberry shortcake dessert.
