Clean, crisp and fresh, our Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc displays intense aromas of honey-suckle, lime and green apple on the nose. On the palate, there is a depth of fruit, which is balanced with soft acidity to create a beautiful and refreshing wine. Flavours of passionfruit still on the vine, apple and lime zest with a hint of herbaceousness combine for a vigorous and delicious finish.
