A remarkable 100% Bourboulenc from young 9-year-old vines growing on clay-limestone soils in Adissan!

Destemmed and macerated for a full 60 days in sandstone jars, then aged in tanks for 9 months. The nose is powerful – preserved lemon, bergamot, intensely mineral, with walnut husks and quince notes. On the palate, it’s generous and long with pronounced minerality. The finish clearly displays the influence of the extended maceration, with a beautiful texture that suggests excellent aging potential!

Perfect for those who appreciate more structured orange wines that can stand up to heartier dishes. Gotta love Bourboulenc!
