Mick’s Workshop Shiraz

Purchased in 1993 this patch was originally known as the Chenin Blanc vineyard, however in 1999 Michael Schild build a shiny new workshop just down the road and the vineyard became known as Micks Workshop – the name stuck. The vines changed from Chenin Blanc to premium Shiraz.

Notes of blackberry, blueberry and a touch of clove on the nose make for a robust and well-structured Shiraz. Showcasing flavours of dark fruits, chocolate and a hint of spice, the wine concludes with a smooth, lingering finish with well-integrated tannins and a touch of toasted oak.
