Dontanarious Kelly is an Augusta, GA native and a graduate of Columbus State University, with a BFA degree. In his practice, Dontanarious focuses on amplifying “moments in time” through the use of various painting techniques. “I want to create scenes that are familliar, yet dynamically ethereal in nature” states Dontanarious as he draws inspiration from the daily life and lived experiences of himself and those around him.
