We made this Josh Cellars Prosecco with the same care and uncompromising commitment to quality instilled in me by my father Josh. Made from grapes in the Prosecco DOC region of Northeastern Italy, the wine has refreshing acidity and a touch of sweetness from the ripe fruit. You may smell scents of pear, green apple and citrus. In the mouth, the light effervescence provides a vibrant, racy texture. Its a sparkling wine we make for your family, friends and in honor of the man I called Dad.
