Fantasticvin de ngoce produced from Vermentino, Marsanne, and Roussanne grapes. The Vermentino is pressed, while the other grapes are fermented or left to infuse with the Vermentino grapes for two weeks. The blend takes place after fermentation and is left to age until summer.
