Beautiful orange wine made from hand harvested Maturano grapes, and Fiano. Spontaneous fermentation, and an 8 day maceration on the skins in open vats. Then racked off into an amphora. An unusual and courageous wine full of balance and harmony. Let it breathe for a few minutes in an open glass and be amazed by floral and fruity notes revealing a fine and elegant profile. Magical!
