Idaho 7 is a new, late-maturing aroma hops that practically oozes juicy tropical and stone fruit flavors, with background notes of sticky pine and subtle notes of earthy black tea. Idaho 7 has high enough alpha acids to make it usable as a bittering addition, this hip truly shines as a late addition hop. An ideal hop for brewing IPAs, Pale Ales, and Wheat beers.
