Idaho 7 Hop Pellets – 1 Ounce
Idaho 7, bred and released in Boise, Idaho, features pungent tropical fruit and citrus notes (apricot, orange, red grapefruit, papaya) with a background of resiny pine with subtle hints of black tea. This late-maturing hop is ideal for aroma additions late in the boil, but has enough alpha acids to serve as a bittering hop as well. Makes a great choice when brewing India Pales Ales, Pale Ales, and Wheats.
