Complex aroma characterized by juicy tropical fruits (pineapple, mango), stone fruits, candy, and orange tangerine.

Brewing Application:
HS-Zamba is perfect for late kettle and dry hop additions for big juicy and hazy IPAs, or any other hop-forward ale or lager. Early brewing trials showed the fruity character exhibited in sensory carried through into the finished product.

HS-Zamba est parfait pour les ajouts tardifs de bouilloire et de houblon sec pour les grandes IPA juteuses et brumeuses, ou toute autre ale ou lager houblonne. Les premiers essais de brassage ont montr le caractre fruit de la sensorialit jusque dans le produit fini.
