The experience:We recommend this sake chilled & room temp, but it’s also surprisingly tasty warmed up. It has higher acidity than most sake, making it the perfect candidate. There’s some fruit on the nose and subtle sweetness, but overall it finishes dry.

Process:Sokujo ABV: 15%

Ingredients: 50% rice polish ratio (Gohyakumangoku), 60% rice polish ratio (Ippanmai)

Storage:store in a cool, dry place
