This is an outstanding and special bottle. Notes of flowers, grapefruit, blood orange and dates that lead to a distinctive, dry profile with a bittersweet aftertaste. This wine stands apart and has a less fruity expression compared to typical Alsatian Gewrztraminers. Complex, wild but elegant, exquisite. A masterpiece!
